Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent for our front desk team in Ontario. You will provide attentive, courteous service to guests from arrival through checkout, assisting with inquiries, payments, and requests while supporting room revenue and occupancy targets.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in customer service or hospitality, strong computer skills including MS Office, and familiarity with OPERA CRM.

Qualifications

• A minimum 1-year customer service and/or hospitality experience, preferred.
• Ability to work long hours occasionally and work standing up to 8 hours per day.
• Excellent computer skills - MS Office, customer relationship management (CRM) software - OPERA experience preferred.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be working with our Guest Services team to ensure consistent high quality customer service is delivered by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. You will be working a rotating schedule and are often the first point of contact for all hotel, conference and/or restaurant guests. Daily responsibilities include answering guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours of operation and the local area; taking payment and verifying credit authorizations; responding to special guest requests; and championing guest service programs.
