Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Kamloops is seeking an enthusiastic Outlets Server for Cordo Resto + Bar and hotel Food & Beverage operations. You will deliver attentive service across restaurant, lounge, in-room dining, Grab & Go, and seasonal pool areas, while upselling and recommending menu items.

You will join a fast-paced team, maintain service standards, handle payments, and ensure guest satisfaction with knowledge of offerings and hotel services.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant/FOOD & BEVERAGE serving experience required.
• Serving It Right certification required.
• FOODSAFE certification required.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, including wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Excellent guest service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to describe menu items and provide recommendations.
• Strong sales skills with opportunities to enhance guest experience.
• POS and cash-handling experience; able to manage a table section.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, professional service.
• Take orders, provide menu knowledge, and make recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages to standards; process payments and room charges.
• Enter orders accurately in the POS system and follow safety policies.
• Prepare dining areas and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams for seamless guest experiences.
