Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Outlet Server to join our Food & Beverage team at our Ontario location. You will deliver attentive and courteous service across restaurant outlets, handling orders and cash operations with accuracy.

Daily duties include setting up and breaking down outlets, answering guest questions about offerings, and maintaining a clean service area. Flexibility for varied shifts, including holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours in a fast-paced hospitality role.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages across the restaurant and outlets on the property.
• Take orders from guests and operate the electronic cash register/POS system.
• Complete room set-ups and tear-downs as needed; maintain outlet cleanliness.
• Answer guest inquiries about food & beverage offerings, hotel services, the local area and hours of operation.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As an Outlet Server, you will be working with our Food and Beverage team to ensure a positive experience for all our guests, by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service. You will be working a rotating schedule and will be responsible for serving all food and beverages in our restaurant and outlets across the property. Daily responsibilities also include completing room set-ups and tear-downs, taking orders, operating the electronic cash register/POS system, cleaning outlet areas, and answering guest inquiries about our food and beverage offerings, hotel services, the local area, and hours of operation.
