Job summary

Toujours Mikes in Loretteville, Quebec City area is seeking friendly servers to take orders, greet guests, and ensure a smooth dining room experience. You will prepare service and dessert set-ups, upsell dishes using menu knowledge, and provide attentive beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, present the menu, make suggestions, and answer questions about food and beverages
• Take orders and transmit them to the kitchen staff through the POS system
• Prepare beverage service and serve meals and desserts, ensuring quality in the dining room
• Take reservations and greet customers for take-out
• Clear and clean tables in the dining room
• Restock the service areas
• Prepare invoices, collect money and balance daily transactions
• Apply hygiene and safety rules
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workstation
