Job summary

Toujours Mikes in Loretteville, Quebec City, is seeking a dining room supervisor who will plan and direct activities related to food preparation and service, while supporting dining room colleagues.

You will recruit dining room staff with manager approval, monitor beverage and labor costs, order supplies, and ensure food quality and customer satisfaction. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Team player.
• Experience in cooking and/or management.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent understanding of French.
