Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment Inc. in Nanaimo is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide daily operations and deliver WOW guest experiences across the centre.

You'll lead shifts, coach team members, manage guest services, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency while maintaining Splitsville standards. This hands-on role requires strong communication and flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing hospitality, entertainment, or leisure environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop team members.
• Comfort with multi-tasking and working varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily operations across departments.
• Deliver friendly guest service in-person and by phone.
