Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen leadership role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop large kitchen teams.
• Strong passion for food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Experience organizing, assigning and overseeing shift tasks for smooth service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with management.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the kitchen team, manage food preparation and service.
• Maintain stock control and food safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Centre Manager and front-of-house leaders to meet goals.
