Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment Canada in Calgary is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to oversee kitchen operations during shifts and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure food is prepared to exacting standards, and manage stock and safety protocols with emphasis on teamwork and efficiency.

The role requires a positive, high-energy leader capable of motivating staff and delivering outstanding service in a dynamic entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead shifts and manage kitchen operations under pressure.
• Strong guest service mindset with energetic, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team on shift and ensure food is cooked to spec.
• Maintain stock levels and rotation, ensuring safety standards.

The What...

As our Kitchen Team Leader you’ll lead the kitchen team on shift and be responsible for ensuring the food is cooked perfectly to spec every time. Kitchen standards and safety will also be top priority to you whilst making sure the stock levels and stock rotation are correct at all times. It’s fast paced and fun, to succeed with us you’ll have to love this type of environment.
