Job summary

Requirements include 2-3 years in a dining establishment, Proserve/Protect preferred, basic math for cash handling, and a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a dining establishment.
• AGLC – Proserve/Protect preferred.
• Basic math skills to verify cash receipts.
• Strong customer service skills for high guest interaction.
• Ability to work with little supervision and in a team.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle shift work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables or counters for meals.
• Stock the service area with supplies.
• Greet customers, present menus and help with selections.
• Inform customers about daily specials.
• Record orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar.
• Serve orders and check guest satisfaction.
• Present bills and handle payment.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.
