Job summary

River Cree Resorts & Casino is seeking a structured Server to deliver prepared foods and drinks to Tap 25 guests. The server will typically spend the most time with guests during their stay, greeting, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

The position requires 2-3 years of dining experience, AGLC Proserve/Protect preferred, and strong customer service with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Schedule may include late nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a dining establishment.
• AGLC – Proserve/Protect preferred.
• Math skills for cash handling may be needed.
• Strong customer service skills for guest interaction and handling requests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables or counters for meals.
• Stock the service area with supplies.
• Greet customers, present menus and assist in item selection.
• Inform customers about daily specials.
• Record orders and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve orders and clear tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues.
• Suggest and serve desserts and beverages.
• Tabulate and present bills for payment.
• Follow health and safety requirements.
