Job summary

River Cree Resort & Casino is seeking an attentive Server to provide exceptional service to casino guests. You will take meal and beverage orders, present menus, and assist guests with special requests while ensuring accurate billing and cash handling.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will work with a skilled team, adapt to shift work, and contribute to a vibrant dining atmosphere within the casino. Experience with cocktails and Proserve/Protect is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Cocktail service experience required.
• AGLC – Proserve/Protect preferred.
• Basic math skills for cash receipts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables or counters for meals.
• Stock service area with supplies.
• Greet customers and present menus.
• Inform customers about daily specials.
• Record orders and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Serve orders and bill customers.
• Ensure guests enjoy their meals and address issues.
