Job summary

River Cree Resorts & Casino is seeking an enthusiastic Server to provide attentive service for prepared foods and drinks to casino guests. You will take orders, assist with selections, and handle billing while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Cocktail service experience is a must.
• AGLC – Proserve/Protect preferred.
• Basic math may be needed to verify cash receipts.
• Strong customer service skills due to high guest interaction.
• Ability to move heavy trays up to 15 lbs and work calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables or counters for meals.
• Stock the service area with supplies.
• Greet customers, present menus and help with selections.
• Inform customers about daily specials.
• Record orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar.
• Pick up and serve orders.
• Check that customers are enjoying meals and resolve issues.
• Suggest desserts and beverages.
• Clean and reset tables.
• Present bills for payment.
