Job summary

Westgate Honda in London, Ontario, is hiring a full-time Guest Experience Representative to follow up with Sales and Service Guests from the previous day. Responsibilities include reaching out by telephone using approved dealership systems, listening actively, recording comments, identifying concerns, and maintaining call-tracker records with daily and weekly summaries.

Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication, problem-resolution abilities,

Qualifications

• Must have strong computer skills and understanding of technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to complete all calls within the required time frame.
• Strong problem-resolution skills with customers.
• Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reach out daily by telephone to all service and sales guests from the previous day using approved dealership systems and procedures.
• Listen actively and record customer comments factually and accurately.
• Identify concerns, requested manager contact, safety issues, privacy issues, etc., and notify the appropriate manager promptly.
• Maintain accurate Sales and Service call-tracker records.
• Provide daily reconciliation and weekly summaries of all calls to the appropriate manager.
• Protect customer information and comply with dealership privacy, consent, information-security, record-retention, and communication policies.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Duties:

• Reach out daily by telephone to all service and sales guests from the previous day using approved dealership systems and procedures.
• Listen actively and record customer comments factually and accurately.
• Identify concerns, requested manager contact, safety issues, privacy issues, etc., and notify the appropriate manager promptly.
• Maintain accurate Sales and Service call-tracker records.
• Provide daily reconciliation and weekly summaries of all calls to the appropriate manager.
• Protect customer information and comply with dealership privacy, consent, information-security, record-retention, and communication policies.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Successful Candidates:

• Possess the ability to complete all calls within the required time frame.
• Must have strong problem-resolution skills with customers.
• With customer experience working in a car dealership will be strongly considered.
