Job summary

The Kenrick Hotel invites applications for a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, assign rooms, and handle reservations with accuracy and courtesy in a busy Banff setting, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.

You will respond to guest requests, resolve complaints, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, maintain computer systems and records, and contribute to a consistently high level of guest satisfaction through proactive service.

Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel front desk or guest services.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and MS Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Perform front desk duties
• Register arriving guests and assign rooms
• Respond to complaints of guests
