Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership is seeking a courteous Host for MLSE Food & Beverage at Scotia Club in Toronto. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and seat guests to sustain a warm, efficient dining flow.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining menus and materials, coordinating seating with the Manager, and supporting servers during peak times while upholding health and safety standards. Smart Serve certification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Smart Serve certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a professional first impression.
• Manage and take accurate in-person reservations through SevenRooms.
• Seat guests efficiently according to the seating plan and guest preferences.
• Coordinate with the Manager to prepare seating plans and ensure smooth service flow.
• Support Bussers, Servers and Managers during peak times to maintain service quality.
