Job summary

• 2+ years in residential concierge/guest services or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and coordinate facilities operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and presentation across the Pavilion and adjacent areas.
• Report through clear work-orders and follow up with site team on maintenance needs.
• Coordinate contractor access and vendor liaison; escalate issues as needed.
• Support events and daily Pavilion activities with cross-functional teams.
