Marcon’s Income Producing Properties team is seeking a dependable and experienced Facilities Operations Technician to support the ongoing maintenance and operational performance of our residential and mixed-use properties across the Lower Mainland. This role plays a key part in ensuring our buildings remain safe, functional, and well-maintained, contributing directly to the quality of life for our residents and tenants.

In this role, you will:
You will work independently across multiple sites while collaborating closely with Property Management and Facilities teams to maintain high building standards.
