lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking an Educator to deliver world‑class guest service and product education in our retail store. You will engage guests, explain product benefits, and participate in omnichannel programs to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities include on‑floor engagement, restocking, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth store operations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create world‑class guest experiences by engaging with guests and sharing product education.
• Support store operations and teamwork to ensure optimal guest experience.
• Restock, present, and manage inventory on the sales floor.
• Move through the store during shifts to assist guests and complete tasks.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean luxury store environment.
