lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Toronto store. You will educate guests on products, share our community and culture, and ensure seamless omnichannel experiences while working in a dynamic, luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences by engaging with customers and providing authentic product education.
• Assist guests with needs and provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Conduct on-floor product presentation and restock according to store standards.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and luxury store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
