Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants and visitors.
• Respond to tenant and visitor requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure concierge desk is equipped with necessary supplies.
• Report Tenant concerns or problems to management.
• Maintain a dialogue with passengers in an elevator entrapment.
