Job summary

InnVest Hotels in Corner Brook, NF seeks a part-time Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, manage registrations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations during a guest's stay.

The role emphasizes outstanding guest service, accurate billing, and collaboration with all hotel departments to deliver exceptional experiences. Training provided; weekend and night shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for our guests.
• Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests.
• Pre-register and block rooms for reservations/guest arrival.
• Understand and apply credit, check-cashing, and cash-handling policies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room status and updates.
• Post and file charges to guest accounts and city ledger as needed.
• Promote hotel services through suggestive selling.
• Coordinate guestroom maintenance with engineering and maintenance.
