Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a Bellperson to warmly greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage, room orientation, and guest services. You will act as a lobby ambassador, ensuring a memorable stay and handling guest needs with professionalism and care.

The role includes physical duties, potential holiday/weekend overnights, and access to on-site staff accommodations. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, and a valid Alberta Class 4 driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality environments is preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Comfort with physically demanding tasks and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Timely delivery of guests’ luggage, messages and items within the property.
• Personalize room orientation for guests in a friendly, engaging way.
• Maintain lobby presence as an ambassador of the property and brand.
