Job summary

Fairmont's Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire invites applications for an Overnight Bell / Valet Attendant. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and valet vehicles while coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

This contract position runs through January 15, 2027, and requires an Alberta Class 5 driver’s license, at least 1 year in hospitality or related field, and the ability to stand and lift up to 23 kg.

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license with clean abstract.
• Minimum 1 year in hospitality, customer service, or related field.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure with professional service.
• Assist guests with luggage and valet their vehicles per policy.
• Provide directions on facilities and local attractions; work with Front Office.
• Handle guest requests promptly and maintain service standards.
