Job summary

Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts is seeking a Guest Services Agent to support guests at vacation rental properties in Canmore. You will handle reservations via phone or email, process payments, and greet and check in guests on arrival.

You will respond to area inquiries, address guest concerns, and assist with on-site emergencies following company procedures. You’ll also keep the office tidy, reconcile shifts, and help housekeeping when needed.

Responsibilities

• Making reservations using the WebRezPro property management system for vacation rental properties guests; enquiries may be made either by phone or email.
• Processing payments for Vacation Rental Properties stays.
• Greeting, welcoming, and checking in guests as they arrive.
• Responding to general enquiries about the area, local attractions and activities, and amenities in the area.
• Dealing with guests’ concerns in a timely, respectful, and appropriate manner.
• Responding to emergencies on site, following company procedures.
• Keeping the Vacations Office neat and tidy.
• Doing a reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Assisting the Housekeeping team, if and when the need arises.
