Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in Banff, AB is seeking a friendly Bell Desk Attendant to ensure a memorable guest experience. You will handle luggage, assist with transportation, and maintain a tidy lobby while delivering local information.

This unionized, hourly role requires flexibility, weekends, and a valid Alberta driver's license. You will move luggage, escort guests, and support guest services with a courteous, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience or a strong desire to assist people and provide quality experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional presentation and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with transportation needs, luggage storage, and communicate housekeeping requests.
• Provide guests with local information, including Banff Centre events and dining recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby.
• Pickup and delivery of guest laundry.
• Show guests to rooms, assist guests with mobility issues, and monitor lobby presence to help guests and answer questions.
• Maintain the lobby lounge fireplace on colder days.
• Maintain cleanliness and serviceability of the Guest Services vehicle.
