Job summary

The Job Resource Centre in Banff is seeking a friendly front desk team member to assist guests with check-in/check-out, keys, and information. This role emphasizes guest comfort and efficient service at a busy hotel front desk.

You will greet guests, manage entry flow, assist with luggage, and provide local Banff National Park recommendations. A strong customer-service focus and knowledge of the hotel's outlets and services are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Front Desk duties such as check-in, check-outs, making guest keys, etc.
• Ensure driveway and entrance are clean and clear of garbage, dirt, snow and ice,
• Greet guests upon arrival and open doors
• Control incoming and outgoing traffic
• Correctly identify stored bags
• Take and retrieve luggage and luggage carts as requested and required
• Deliver packages to guest rooms or respective departments
• Being knowledgeable of the Hotel, all its outlets, its layout and services
• Being knowledgeable of Banff National Park, activities and dining options
• Provide a high standard of customer service
• Other tasks as assigned.
