Job summary

Stripe Toronto is seeking a strategic Sourcer to own the top-of-funnel for GTM roles. You will translate business needs into targeted sourcing plans and build strong candidate pipelines across Sales and Solutions Architecture.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring leaders, using data and market insights to inform hiring strategies. The role supports remote and hybrid work arrangements while contributing to Stripe's growth and inclusive hiring culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage prospective candidates.
• Ability to create sourcing strategies for competitive, specialized, or difficult-to-fill roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; build relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Strong research and analytical skills with market information to identify trends.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple pipelines across roles and locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand hiring goals, role requirements, and profiles.
• Develop and run sourcing strategies for GTM roles across Sales and Solutions Architecture.
• Identify, engage, and assess prospective candidates, managing them through initial stages.
• Build broad candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, internal networks, events and more.
• Conduct talent research and market mapping to inform hiring plans.
• Use data to evaluate pipeline health, outreach performance, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Share market and pipeline insights with recruiters and leadership.
• Build long-term relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities.
• Test new sourcing approaches and turn successful practices into repeatable processes.
• Collaborate with Talent Brand on campaigns, events, and initiatives to expand Stripe's opportunities.
• Deliver a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience reflecting Stripe's values.
