Job summary

raisin is a rapidly growing SaaS company serving the nonprofit sector. You will own the GTM infrastructure and AI-powered automation to speed up sales and marketing, improve data, and accelerate pipeline velocity.

As a builder at the intersection of sales operations, marketing automation, and AI, you’ll design systems, data models, and workflows that the team trusts and uses, with leadership access and quick impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Engineering.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration and lifecycle automation.
• CRM data model design and enforcement for sales teams.
• Experience with AI-native workflows and LLM tooling.
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics for funnel/attribution models.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM tooling, data, and automation to speed pipeline.
• Improve lead routing, lifecycle automation, and reporting.
• Build AI-powered workflows and integrations with tools like Zapier/Make.
• Develop and maintain GTM analytics and attribution models.
• Collaborate with sales to optimize ICP, handoffs, and enablement assets.
