Job summary

ButterflyMX is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the automation and AI agent infrastructure for the Sales organization. You will build intelligent systems to surface the right accounts and signals, helping reps work more efficiently and accelerating deals in the funnel.

You will operate with autonomy across the Sales automation domain, prioritize a revenue-driven backlog, and translate pain points into scalable automation. This is a senior IC role with product-minded engineering expectations.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents across GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain AI-powered pipeline generation infrastructure with third-party data sources.
Develop and operate a library of role-specific AI agents and prompt templates.
Design and build internal tools for reps and operators to access intelligence and accelerate workflows.
Analyze Salesforce data, transcripts, and signals to identify revenue constraints and prioritize automation.
Own the rep-facing intelligence layer and ensure Salesforce reflects activity accurately.
Govern GTM data integrity and resolve account ownership conflicts in real time.
Maintain integrations and ensure agent reliability across the stack.
