Job summary

ZayZoon is hiring a Go-to-Market Automations Specialist to support the GTM engine across partner onboarding and end-user engagement. You’ll work with our Senior GTM Automation Specialist to execute complex projects and help scale a B2B2C lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Revenue/Growth Ops, strong HubSpot skills, and an interest in applying AI tools to research and personalization. This is a remote role across Canada and the U.S., with a focus on data-driven growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Go-to-Market Automation, Revenue or Growth Operations in SaaS/B2B2C contexts.
• Familiarity with HubSpot workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Understanding of data quality and lifecycle segmentation for partner success.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM tool workflows for partner acquisition and end-user engagement.
• Integrate tools with CRM and data sources to keep records clean across the lifecycle.
• Maintain pipelines for onboarding and consumer adoption and flag data gaps.
