Job summary

SJC Media is building the AI layer for its GTM operations. As an Applied AI Engineer (GTM), you will own the AI workflows, tooling, and production systems that drive revenue and enable reps to focus on client work.

You will work across revenue teams to deploy agentic solutions, integrate with CRM, and ensure robust data foundations for AI initiatives. Strong coding skills and experience with LLMs are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or applied AI / GTM automations experience.
• Proficient in Python or similar; write readable, maintainable code.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Comfortable with agentic system design and multi-agent pipelines.
• Working fluency in GTM/sales workflows and automation impact.

Responsibilities

• Embed into Sales, Marketing and GTM workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and ship internal tools and AI agents that scale revenue and connect with CRM.
• Evaluate tools and platforms for use cases within budget and security requirements.
• Write clean, documented code and use agentic coding tools as a core workflow.
• Document learnings and build knowledge for GTM teams to act on.
