Job summary

Prophix, headquartered in the GTA with teams globally, seeks a GTM Engineer to drive automated GTM workflows and data pipelines across Revenue Ops, Sales, and Marketing. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable tooling, improve go-to-market processes, and enable leadership dashboards.

The role emphasizes collaboration, AI-assisted tooling, and building reliable infrastructure to accelerate pipeline growth and close more deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Ops, or Sales/Marketing Ops.
• Experience designing and managing attribution models and data pipelines across marketing and sales systems.
• Proficiency in querying, cleaning, and surfacing GTM/funnel insights.
• Hands-on experience with a sales engagement platform (Outreach/Salesloft/Gong Engage) incl. sequences & reporting.
• Familiarity with data enrichment/intent tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Apollo) and CRM integration.
• Ability to document technical solutions clearly for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated workflows across sales and marketing operations to reduce manual work.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing to surface process gaps and deliver scalable solutions.
• Build and manage data pipelines ensuring clean, consistent data feeding dashboards for leadership.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools into the GTM stack from scoping to deployment and enablement.
• Improve seller productivity with CRM workflows, playbooks, and enablement tooling.
• Create and maintain clear documentation of configurations and dependencies.
