Job summary

Amrize Canada Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to support sales, customer service, and operations across the GTA.

The role focuses on accurate order entry, efficient dispatch, and delivering high-quality service while maintaining safety and compliance on job sites. Candidates should have 1–3 years in construction or related fields, proficiency with logistics software, SAP, Google Suite and MS Office, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years work experience in the construction industry.
• Logistics software, SAP, Google Suite and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safe, efficient order entry and dispatch for the Innocon market.
• Develop relationships with the client base and ensure COD collections.
• Coordinate scheduling and driver assignments for deliveries and jobsites.
• Prepare reporting on customers, drivers, and operations.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, operations and QC to ensure accurate billing.
