Job summary

Insectica Pest Control Inc. is seeking an experienced B2B Professional Sales Representative to grow our commercial pest-control portfolio across the GTA.

You’ll prospect, inspect, and close new accounts with property managers, building owners, facilities managers, and business operators, then hand off to operations for seamless onboarding and service delivery. The role requires on-site field work across Toronto, a strong pipeline mindset, and collaboration with operations to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of B2B outside sales experience in pest control, facilities services, or related field services.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline building, and closing skills.
• Comfortable traveling across the GTA and managing own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads via calls, email, LinkedIn, and local partnerships.
• Conduct on-site inspections and design IPM proposals for commercial clients.
• Present and negotiate service agreements, pricing, and SLAs; close new business and secure renewals.
• Manage pipeline and CRM with accurate activity logging, forecasting, and follow-up cadence.
• Collaborate with operations for smooth handoffs and client onboarding.
