Insectica Pest Control Inc. is seeking an experienced B2B Professional Sales Representative to grow our commercial pest-control portfolio across the GTA.

You’ll prospect, inspect, and close new accounts with property managers, building owners, facilities managers, and business operators, then hand off to operations for seamless onboarding and service delivery. Job description

We’re seeking an experienced B2B Professional Sales Representative to grow our commercial pest-control portfolio across the GTA. You’ll prospect, inspect, and close new accounts with property managers, building owners, facilities managers, and business operators, then hand off to operations for seamless onboarding and service delivery.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and generate leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and local partnerships (property-management firms, realtors, general contractors).
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess pest risks and design tailored Integrated Pest Management (IPM) proposals for commercial clients (offices, retail, restaurants, warehouses, multi-unit residential).
• Present and negotiate service agreements, pricing, and SLAs; close new business and secure renewals.
• Manage pipeline and CRM with accurate activity logging, forecasting, and follow-up cadence.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoffs, client onboarding, and early retention.
• Represent the brand at industry events and local business groups to build referral channels.
  

What you bring

• At least 1-2 years of B2B outside sales experience in the pest & wildlife control industry, facilities services, or related field services. Kindly apply only if you do have at least 1-2 years of professional pest control sales experience.
• Proven hunter mentality: consistent prospecting, pipeline building, and closing.
• Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, solution design, proposal writing, and negotiation.
• Comfortable working in the field, traveling across the GTA, and managing your own schedule.
• Valid driver’s licence, clean abstract, and reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic reporting.
• Bonus: Existing relationships with property managers, building operators, or food-service clients in Toronto.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: $55,000-65,000 (industry-mid range for Toronto pest-control sales).
• Uncapped commission on new business and renewals;
• Benefits: Health/dental after probation (4 months), mileage reimbursement, company phone/laptop, ongoing sales and product training.
• Growth path: Senior Commercial Rep -> Key Accounts -> Sales Lead/Manager.
