HANSAmed is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and run a demand-generation function, establishing segmentation, data quality, campaign planning, and lead management to create a consistent source of qualified opportunities for Sales.

You will develop the marketing approach, launch and optimize campaigns across email, digital, social, events, and other relevant channels, with measurement to drive results and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing with 3+ owning demand generation, growth, B2B campaigns, or marketing ops.
• Proven pipeline results in leads, conversion, and revenue, not just clicks.
• Strong segmentation and ICP development with an MQL→SQO process built with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the demand generation plan, translating business priorities into campaigns, channels, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize activities based on potential to generate qualified demand and pipeline.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, social, events, webinars, and other channels.
