Chatbase is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer to help more businesses discover, try, and become paying customers of Chatbase. You will own experiments from hypothesis through execution and measurement, partnering with product, engineering, content, and sales to drive revenue.

You will scale promising growth opportunities, run experiments, and optimize channels such as search, paid, and partnerships. You’ll turn successful tests into repeatable programs and focus on sustainable customer

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving measurable growth for a startup or software product.
• Depth in at least one growth channel and ability to experiment across others.
• Good judgment on where to spend time and money; when to keep testing or move on.
• Resourceful and hands-on; can run experiments with minimal setup.
• High ownership and accountability from idea to outcome.

Responsibilities

• Launch experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and a plan for what to do next.
• Track conversion, acquisition costs, and customer quality to understand which efforts drive sustainable growth.
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable programs and stop investing in approaches that aren't working.
