Job summary

Solexes is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager - Marketing & Growth to join our expanding in-house marketing team. You will execute strategy across social media, content, digital campaigns, and lead-generation activities, collaborating with designers, freelancers and external agencies.

You will own social media, content creation, SEO, and paid campaigns, driving growth for our AI-driven B2B/B2C tech products, while building brand presence and supporting events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3-4 years of marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience across social media management, content creation, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and day-to-day management of marketing activities.
• Create and manage content for social media, blogs, newsletters and campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, video creators, freelancers and agencies.
• Own organic growth, SEO, paid campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Monitor performance and report on KPIs and ROI.
