Job summary

NationGraph is seeking a Growth Engineer to own the technical systems behind acquisition, experimentation, analytics, and go-to-market automation. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering and growth, building software to reach prospects, create pipeline, and measure what works.

You’ll collaborate across AI outbound, content pipelines, and growth analytics, owning from hypothesis through launch, measurement, and iteration. Strong focus on UX, copy, and scalable growth systems.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineer capable of shipping production-quality software.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript; comfortable with APIs, databases, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with AI workflows and LLM APIs.

Responsibilities

• Scale automated SDR infrastructure and personalisation workflows.
• Develop agentic news and content pipelines and measure impact.
• Own growth measurement using PostHog, GA4, and related tools.
• Build and ship website experiments: landing pages, A/B tests, personalised UX.
• Connect Growth and Sales data, routing, enrichment, and CRM sync.
• Maintain APIs, data pipelines, dashboards, and agent infrastructure.
