Job summary

exacare ai is hiring its first Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale a 0→1 growth engine within a high-ownership, analytical team. You’ll own the lifecycle, experiments, and paid channels, partnering with Sales/RevOps to drive pipeline and revenue while shaping the GTM playbook.

You’ll design repeatable growth systems, implement AI-powered improvements, and drive cross-functional collaboration with product, content, and sales to maximize impact and learnings.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth / demand gen.
• Pipeline-focused with measurable results from campaigns and lifecycle programs.
• Hands-on experience owning paid search and paid social.
• ABM and Sales partnership experience with ICP and outbound enablement.
• Lifecycle automation with HubSpot or similar systems.
• Ability to build scalable systems, processes, and tooling.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach and attribution understanding.
• Low ego, high output, collaborative and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Influence pipeline: own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, plan and execute with Sales/RevOps.
• Build the 0→1 growth engine: establish foundational systems, calendars, channels, experimentation, and reporting.
• Run integrated campaigns + ABM with Sales: align ICPs and target accounts, provide assets and proof to outbound.
• Own acquisition channels and conversion paths: manage paid channels and landing pages, optimize funnel.
• Own lifecycle + HubSpot automation: segmentation, nurture, scoring/routing, and reporting.
• AI-first approach: craft a modern growth playbook to move faster with scalable tools.
