Titan Consulting is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Toronto, ON. This full-time, in-office role focuses on prospecting and qualifying leads to build relationships with startups to enterprise-level clients.

You will benefit from weekly coaching sessions, an uncapped commission structure, and a collaborative, high-performing team that values work-life balance and growth opportunities within Titan Consulting.

Qualifications

• University Degree or College Degree/Diploma (required).
• 1+ year(s) of sales experience.
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
• Well organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation; this is a fully onsite role.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and generate new client relationships via phone, text, and email outreach.
• Identify and acquire new client accounts through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and address recruitment gaps.
• Work toward sales targets and contribute to Titan's goals using our technology partnerships.
• Record all sales activities accurately in Bullhorn.
