Job summary

exacare ai, a health tech company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end roadmaps across core platform and new verticals (Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, Behavioral Health, and more) in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll gather customer insights, work with AI/ML, drive strategy from discovery to shipping, partner with Sales, CS, BizOps, and Growth, and mentor junior PMs to raise product practices and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong product judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and collaboration.
• Experience with AI-enabled product work and Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap end-to-end from discovery to launch and learn.
• Lead customer discovery to uncover workflows and translate insights into product direction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, CS, BizOps, and Growth to align on strategy.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to prototype concepts and validate flows.
• Improve core platform and expand features across multiple verticals.
• Write clear PRDs, unblock teams, and ship high-quality features.
• Mentor junior PMs and raise product practices across the team.
