Job summary

Convergint is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding across Calgary, Edmonton or Vancouver. You will partner with leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies and ensure a compliant, efficient process.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and contribute to salary discussions while maintaining strong relationships with HR Partners and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Proactively source applicants (active and passive) to fill open requisitions using a variety of tools and processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure efficient recruiting methods based on business needs.
• Assist in job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applicants and shortlist qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews; prepare interview questions and materials.
• Report progress on vacancies; communicate with management and provide feedback on recruitment process.
• Build relationships with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to follow processes.
• Assist in interview process and conduct interviews with leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on offer letters, salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.
