Job summary

Lassonde Industries Inc. seeks a Digital & Product Manager – Away From Home to drive growth across B2B brands, private label portfolios, and away-from-home applications. You’ll translate strategy into tangible results as the marketing engine for national brands and cross-functional initiatives.

You will lead digital communications, CRM programs, and marketing automation while ensuring on-brand messaging and efficient budgets. Travel across North America is required to support growth and launches.

Qualifications

  • BAC in business administration, marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience within the CPG industry.
  • Experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy development, and B2B marketing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing including email marketing, CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in foodservice, beverage, food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, ingredients, or related industries is a strong asset.
  • Understanding of distributors, brokers, foodservice, retail, and private label business models is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercialization projects for national brands and B2B private label products.
  • Coordinate product lifecycle management from launch through discontinuation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on development, commercialization, and launches.
  • Coordinate packaging updates, artwork revisions, and product documentation.
  • Maintain product information, portfolio records, and marketing assets.
  • Develop sales tools and customer support materials.
  • Support promotional materials for regional trade shows.

Digital & Product Manager – Away From Home

Reporting to the Director Marketing Away From Home, the successful candidate will drive growth across foodservice B2B brands, private label portfolios, and Away From Home applications of business unit-managed brands through customer-focused marketing, product marketing, digital communications, and effective commercialization.

As the operational engine of the B2B marketing team, this role transforms strategic direction into tangible business results.

Key activities
  • Manage commercialization projects related to national brands and B2B private label products.
  • Coordinate product lifecycle management activities from launch through discontinuation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate the development, commercialization, and launch of innovation initiatives.

Integrated Marketing & Digital Communications:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation programs.
  • Support lead generation, customer retention, and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Execute content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and update digital communications tools (Website content, email campaigns and newsletters, product communications).
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all customer touchpoints.

Performance & Budget Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and marketing expenditures.
  • Support annual planning, forecasting, and budget management activities.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
Required training and experience
  • BAC in business administration, marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy development, and B2B marketing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing including email marketing, CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in the foodservice, beverage, food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, ingredients, or related industries is considered a strong asset.
