Green Diamond Equipment, the Maritimes’ trusted John Deere dealership, invites an experienced Branch Manager to Summerside, PEI. You’ll lead the local team, cultivate customer and supplier relationships, and drive profitable growth while upholding exceptional service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 2–3 years of ag equipment dealer operations and sales support experience, plus strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–3 years of ag equipment dealer operations and sales support experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Summerside location to achieve the business plan objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure cross-department communication and professional store culture.
• Oversee marketing activities and events for the location.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate location staff.
