Job summary

Green Diamond Equipment, a Maritime John Deere Dealership, is seeking a skilled John Deere Turf and Consumer Equipment Sales Rep for our Miramichi, NB location. This full-time role sells new and used turf and consumer equipment, including lawn tractors, to customers in a defined area.

You will maintain product knowledge, monitor competition, manage customer data, and support events and demonstrations. Strong relationship skills and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of sales experience is required.
• Knowledge of turf equipment or farming is an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel if needed.
• Bilingual English/French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area.
• Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment salable by the dealership.
• Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management.
• Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management.
• Knows and follows a defined sales process.
• Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events.
• Conducts new equipment field demonstrations.
• Monitors trends in customer's business activities and timely communicates to management.
• Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
• Attends applicable sales training events/seminars.
