Green Diamond Equipment, the Maritimes’ trusted John Deere dealership, invites an experienced Branch Manager to Summerside, PEI. You’ll lead the local team, cultivate customer and supplier relationships, and drive profitable growth while upholding exceptional service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 2–3 years of ag equipment dealer operations and sales support experience, plus strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our Summerside, PEI team. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships, support a talented team, and drive the success of a growing dealership committed to exceptional customer service.

Purpose:

Responsible for the achievement of the location business plan objectives and fulfilling the expectations of all stakeholders (owners, customers, and employees). Provides leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical, and financial resources for the location. Optimizes the profitable growth of the business, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers.

Responsibilities

• Supports Green Diamond’s strategic plan and monitors financial performance
• Develops and maintains a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues
• Ensures that appropriate communication takes place within and across all departments
• Works to continuously improve store culture
• Maintain consistency across all departments within the organization
• Implements changes in departments within the location as needed
• Ensures the successful planning and execution of marketing activities and events
• Oversees maintenance, security and a professional appearance of the facility and property for the location
• May represent the company for the sale of machinery to key customers as needed
• Responsible for the hiring, development and coaching, and evaluation of employees
• Monitors company CRM tool
• Ensures proper follow up with customers before and after the sale
• Manages on-going relationships with suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years’ experience in Ag equipment dealer operations, business systems, and sales support tools preferred
• Previous management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management techniques
• Ability to develop and motivate others through coaching, knowledge-sharing, and modeling
• Good understanding of financial principles relative to Sales Department operations
• Experience with John Deere and competitive products an asset
• Experience with Bombardier Recreational Products and competitive products an asset
• Analytical ability to understand root cause issues and interpret internal reports
• Ability to set performance goals and deadlines with the knowledge of how to attain them
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Valid Driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
