Job summary

Zonda Urban, in Toronto, is seeking a Director of Business Development to grow its advisory and sales footprint in the local market. You’ll generate new business with brokerages, developers, and financial institutions, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role requires 7+ years in related digital/data services sales, SaaS experience, and a hunter mindset. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• 7+ years in a related digital/data services business development/outside sales role.
• Experience in a SaaS environment with focus on user acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business selling Zonda Urban's platform to brokerages, developers, financial institutions, and related sectors.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory and manage the full sales cycle.
• Schedule and perform in-person and web demonstrations to close deals.
