Job summary

Tripledot Studios Limited is seeking a Growth Director for Clipwire Games in Canada. You will own growth strategy across paid and organic channels, UA, monetisation, and lifecycle, reporting to the CEO and leading our Growth organization.

You will shape acquisition, creative, measurement, and product collaboration to drive profitable growth across three live titles, with AI-driven processes and senior level influence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mobile gaming growth, performance marketing, or UA at scale.
• Proven experience owning and scaling multi-dollar UA budgets across major channels.
• Deep understanding of LTV, ROAS, attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement.
• Strong creative strategy and testing experience driving UA performance.
• Experience identifying growth opportunities across UA, monetisation, retention, and product.
• Analytical and experimental mindset for high-value decisions from imperfect data.
• Strong cross-functional and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy, annual plan, budget, and performance targets for live games.
• Lead UA, creative, monetisation, and lifecycle functions, building high-performing teams.
• Own paid and organic acquisition strategy, investment allocation, measurement, and experimentation.
• Oversee ad monetisation strategy, revenue, and partnerships with Product on placements and frequency.
• Drive creative testing strategy and establish velocity, innovation, and performance standards.
• Use data to uncover opportunities in acquisition, retention, monetisation, and product; run growth experiments.
• Collaborate with Product, LiveOps, Economy Design, Creative, and Data Science to improve LTV.
• Own lifecycle management including win-back and VIP programs for high-value players.
• Champion AI across Growth to speed up processes and scale quality.
• Establish operating rhythms and report growth performance to senior leadership.
