Job summary

Foundation Marketing in Canada/USA seeks a Senior Video Director to own how video is produced, scaled, and deployed to reach buyers through AI search and YouTube. You will helm the end-to-end process, maintain quality across partnerships, and guide a growing video team in a remote-first setup.

You will lead a team of specialists, set SOPs, collaborate with GEO/AEO Directors to win new business, and shape future offerings to expand client visibility across platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in video production and channel growth.
• Experience building production engines (in-house, freelance or agency).
• Strong command of scripts, thumbnails, pacing and descriptions.
• Hands-on with AI video tools (VidIQ, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end video production and workflow design at Foundation.
• Manage and develop video specialists across pods.
• Own video craft: scripts, hooks, pacing, thumbnails and titles.
• Set methods, SOPs, QA and interview practices for video hires.
• Collaborate with GEO/AEO Directors to grow client video adoption.
• Identify and develop new video offerings for AI visibility.
